- Ross and I painted at Cheers to Art.
- I ran the Star Card cart at South again.
- We decorated our bathroom with a painting and a new storage unit.
- We hosted the family birthday party for Mom, B and Rosie.
Thurs - Mar 12 - Today is spring picture day at school so Bella got dressed up for that. Then I spent a lot of time sorting and organizing our out of control toy room. I wanted to start getting prepared for a party we're having on Monday. Then in the evening we had spaghetti for dinner and Dad came over to watch the girls while Ross and I went to Cheers to Art. We had a blast! It was Ross's first time, my fourth, and we painted the Cincinnati skyline. And of course the girls had fun hanging out with Papaw.
Fri - Mar 13 - In the morning I spent time just cleaning up and playing with Lilly. Then Mom came over to watch Lilly while I went to Bella's school to run the star card cart. After I returned Bella came home and we ran and got a special treat of ice cream at McDonald's. Then Bella and I went to her school for Movie Night. They showed Big Hero 6 and I helped out again in concessions. Mom brought Nate to see it too.
Sat - Mar 14 - I made a large list of things to do today and worked my way through that. Had to go to Kroger, the bank, IKEA and later to Nate's soccer game. We also skyped with Pat and wished her a Happy Mother's Day since it's MD in England tomorrow. Then Bella went with me to IKEA. I should've known better than to go on a Saturday but we still had fun even though it was packed. Afterwards we got Ross and Lilly and went to Nate's game. Unfortunately we provide more distraction for him than we intend, but it was still fun. Then we came home and flew our kite for a bit because it was nice and windy. Then dinner and building our new over-the-toilet storage unit from IKEA. It was a busy day, but a good one.
Sun - Mar - 15 - Nothing out of the ordinary happened today. We had church in the morning. Then McDonald's for the girls lunch and I ate some leftover pizza from the movie night. We cleaned up the house a bit more in preparation for the party tomorrow and Bella did her homework for the week to get it out of the way.
Mon - Mar 16 - Today we spent most of the day getting ready for the party in the evening. But Lilly and I did get out to the library too. Then in the evening everyone came over to celebrate Mom, Rosetta and Belinda's birthdays. It was a lot of fun and it was nice since it's been about a month since we had seen everyone. The kids had fun playing in the basement and outside since the temperatures were nice. And the birthday girls had fun getting their gifts and blowing out candles on the ice cream cake. We were only missing Sarah and Jason so we used Facetime to chat with them too.
Tues - Mar 17 - Today was mostly a recovery day from yesterday. We cleaned up and tried to rest and play. Nothing much happened in the evening either. Just enjoyed hanging out with the kids playing and watching TV. Ross had his yearly checkup with Dr. Matta as well.
Wed - Mar 18 - We did the usual stuff today. Bath for Lilly, then going to church to set up for GP. Then when Bella came home she had a bath and we ate and were off to church. Ross also had an eye doctor appointment, but that was it for our excitement.
